Overview
– Return Policy: Only accepted till time of delivery. Purchasers are kindly requested to check and endorse plant or tree on delivery. No returns will be accepted after.
– Should trees/plants are not to satisfaction, these can be changed if available or cancelled at no extra cost.
-Delivery only to ground floor level, ie for apartments/penthouses, delivery tio the common parts main door.
– Please note that for Certain tall plants/trees a hi up/crane could be required. Purchasers need to check before delivery for this. Crane/hi up can be prebooked from us and charge will be between €50- €120. If crane is not booked from us or from client, a delivery charge will be applicable.
